The Transfer Center is dedicated to serving VCU’s prospective, incoming, and currently enrolled transfer students. As Director of the Transfer Center, my goal is to enhance your transfer experience and to ensure a seamless transition to the VCU community.
Prospective students, we hope that you find our lists of course recommendations and course equivalencies helpful as you prepare for your transfer to VCU. If you are a student of the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) or Richard Bland College, we encourage you to explore our Transfer Pathways via the Guaranteed Admissions Agreement and General Education Certificate.
New transfer students, we hope that you take the time to view the New Student Checklist and find information about academic advising useful as you begin your journey as a new Ram. We also encourage you to take advantage of our vast amount of campus resources, and student organizations and that are created to keep you engaged and successful while at VCU.
Over the course of the year, our team will host series of events that provide a platform for transfer students to connect with other transfer students who are more acclimated to our campus.
